Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty or nail care products unless faulty or damaged.

To initiate a return, email support@justbeautyuk.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
